The Vollrath® rectangle rolltop chafer is ideal for any buffet or catering event. Designed to ensure consistent heating, this chafer easily and efficiently warms your food to ideal serving temperatures and comes with a wind guard to protect the fuel from the elements during outdoor functions. The fully retractable hinged cover can be completely closed, held at 90 degrees, or kept fully open for serving flexibility. This cover also features perforations that allow steam to escape, preventing food from being ruined by excess moisture. The 9-quart food pan easily holds a variety of foods, and the strong stainless steel construction has a mirror finish, helping it stand up to the demands of your catering operation and look beautiful in the process.
