The Robot Coupe BLIXER60 Two-Speed 63 Qt Vertical Cutter Mixer Food Processor is specially dedicated to kitchens in the health sector, the Blixer® transforms raw products into modified textures.
All foods, raw or cooked, salty or sweet, served as a starter, main course, cheese or dessert can be consumed by all guests, even the oldest. Ideal for single portion.
60 L stainless steel tank:
- Tilting tank more than 90° to facilitate emptying operations.
- Removable bowl, a Robot-Coupe exclusive, for easy cleaning.
Toothed knife: With new profile of toothed stainless steel blades for small and large quantities of food. Adjustable and removable.
Dashboard:
- Timer from 0 to 15 minutes. When the machine stops, automatic repetition of the previously selected working time.
- Flush stainless steel control buttons for easy cleaning and increased longevity.
- Safety lights for safe use.
- Pulse controls for better cutting precision.
