Items must be unused and in original packaging accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.

Special order items:
15% nonrefundable deposit required.
Orders less then $250 must be Prepaid in Full.
These items are not Returnable and are Final Sale.

Defective/Warranty Items: Manufacturer’s Warranty applies.

If there is no Manufacturer’s warranty, Nella Cutlery & Food Equipment Inc. will honor a 15 day warranty (from date of purchase) on defective equipment.
